第96期五月祭常任委員会ウェブシステム利用規約

(目的)

第1条 本規約は、第96期五月祭常任委員会(以下「委員会」という)が提供するウェブシステムの利用に係る事項を定めることを目的とする。

2 本規約は、ウェブシステムにユーザー登録を行い、これを利用する者(以下「ユーザー」とする)および委員会に適用される。

(ユーザーの義務)

第2条 ユーザーは、以下の各号に掲げる事項を遵守しなければならない。

  1. 一 ウェブシステムに示される委員会からの連絡を確認すること。
  2. 二 委員会からのメールを受信できる状態を維持すること。
  3. 三 ウェブシステムに登録した情報に変更がある際は、速やかに登録した情報を修正すること。
  4. 四 パスワードの管理、不正アクセスの防止等に十分注意を払うこと。
  5. 五 ウェブシステムの不具合やセキュリティホール等を発見したときは、速やかにその旨及び内容を委員会に報告し、その存在及び内容を委員会以外に口外しないこと。ただし、委員会がすでに不具合の対処方法を示しているときは、この限りでない。
  6. 六 ウェブシステムにおいて登録、申請、申込等(以下「各種登録」という)を行うときは、時間に余裕を持って行うこと。

(規約への同意)

第3条 ユーザーとなろうとする者が、ユーザー登録を完了した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなす。

(アカウントの停止および登録内容の抹消)

第4条 委員会は、ユーザーによる虚偽の登録等その他不正なシステム利用を発見したときは、ユーザーのアカウント利用の停止または各種登録の内容等の抹消を行うことができる。

2 委員会は、ユーザーによる意図的な虚偽の登録、その他不正なシステム利用のおそれがあるときは、事前の通告なくユーザーのアカウント利用を停止することができる。

3 前二項の場合において、委員会は、遅滞なく当該ユーザーにその旨を通知しなければならない。

(対象)

第5条 委員会は、日本国内にのみウェブシステムを提供する。

2 委員会は、東京大学学部学生・大学院生・研究生にのみウェブシステムを提供する。

(環境)

第6条 ユーザーは、以下の推奨環境を用いてウェブシステムを利用するよう努めなければならない。

  1. 推奨 OS:Windows 最新版(PC 版)、macOS 最新版
  2. 推奨ブラウザ:Google Chrome 最新版

(登録情報の変更)

第7条 委員会は、必要があると認めたときあるいはユーザーからの求めを受けたときは、ユーザーがウェブシステムに登録等を行った情報(以下「登録情報」という)を変更することができる。

2 委員会は、登録情報を変更しようとするときは、あらかじめユーザーにその旨を通知し、ユーザーによる変更を促すよう努めなければならない。

3 委員会は、事前の通告なく登録情報を変更したときは、速やかにユーザーにその旨を通知しなければならない。

4 前項の場合において、ユーザーは、当該変更に異議のあるときは、速やかにこれを委員会に通知しなければならない。

5 委員会は、第3項の規定に違反したときは、これによってユーザーに生じた不利益について、その責任を負う。

(免責事項)

第8条 委員会は、ユーザーがウェブシステムの利用に際して第2条(ユーザーの義務)、第6条(環境)または第7条第4項(登録情報変更に対する異議の通知)に違反したときは、それによって生じた不利益について責任を負わない。

2 特にユーザーが第2条の五に基づく不具合の報告義務を怠った場合、それによる各種申請の遅延等の不利益について委員会は責任を負わない。

3 委員会は、ウェブシステム本体の障害以外の理由によってユーザーに生じた登録等の遅延等の不利益について責任を負わない。

4  委員会は、ウェブシステムの 15 分未満の時計のずれによってユーザーに生じた不利益について責任を負わない。

(改定)

第9条 委員会は、必要があると認めたときは、本規約を改定することができる。

2 前項の場合において、委員会は、改定の旨及び改定後の本規約並びにその発効の時期を、ウェブシステムへの掲載その他適切な方法によってユーザーに通知しなければならない。

附則

本規約は、令和4年12月18日より発効し、第97期五月祭常任委員会ウェブシステム利用規約またはそれに代わるものの発効と同時に失効する。


The 96th May Festival Standing Committee Web System Terms of Use

In the event of any inconsistencies between this English version and Japanese version, the Japanese version shall prevail.

Article 1 (Purpose)

1 These terms shall stipulate matters of use of the Web System, which the 96th May Festival Standing Committee (hereinafter referred to as "the Committee") provides.

2 These terms shall apply to the Committee and to those who use the Web System (hereinafter referred to as "users").

Article 2 (Duty of Users)

Users shall observe the following items.

  1. (i) Check the messages from the Committee on the Web System.
  2. (ii) Maintain the condition where you are able to receive messages from the Committee.
  3. (iii) Correct the registered information promptly if there is any change in the information you have registered on the Web System.
  4. (ⅳ) Pay sufficient attention to matters such as password management and unauthorized access protection.
  5. (v) Do not tell the existence of these bugs or security holes to anyone except for Committee members even if you find one. Report the specific details via “Inquiry”, email, or the like. However, this shall not apply to the situation where the Committee has already shown workarounds for the problem.
  6. (vi) In order not to be late for the deadline, allow enough time to complete your registrations, requests, and orders (hereinafter referred to as “registrations”).

Article 3 (Acknowledgement of Terms)

By completing registration as a user, you will be considered to have acknowledged all these terms.

Article 4 (Suspension of Accounts and Erasure of Project Registration)

1 The Committee may suspend users’ account or delete registrations in the following cases:

  1. (i) In the case where users intentionally register fake contents.
  2. (ii) In the case where users use the Web System in an unauthorized manner.

2 The Committee may suspend, without prior notice, the account of users who are suspected to have intentionally registered fake contents or used the Web System in an unauthorized manner.

3 In the cases of the two paragraphs above, the Committee shall notify the user to that effect without delay.

Article 5 (Subject)

1 The Web System provides service in Japan only.

2 The Web System provides service to the University of Tokyo undergraduate students, graduate students and research students only.

Article 6 (Environment)

Users are encouraged to use the following system requirements:

  1. OS: The latest version of Windows (PC version), the latest version of Mac OS
  2. Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome

Article 7 (Alteration of Registered Information)

1 When necessary, or asked by the user, the Committee may edit what users have registered on the Web System (hereinafter referred to as "registered information").

2 When the registered information needs to be changed, the Committee shall notify the user to do so.

3 When the Committee edits the registered information without prior notification, the Committee shall notify the user to that effect promptly.

4 When users have an objection to changes that the Committee has made to the registered information, the user shall notify the Committee to that effect promptly.

5 The Committee shall bear the responsibility for any loss caused by the Committee violating paragraph 3.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

1 The Committee will not bear any responsibility for any loss caused by the user violating the articles below;

  1. (i) Article 2 (Duty of Users)
  2. (ii) Article 6 (Environment)
  3. (iii) Article 7-4 (Users notifying the Committee about objections to changes made to the registered information)

2 The Committee will not bear any responsibility for any loss such as registration delay when users do not report bugs found on the Web System as referred to in the Article 2-(v).

3 The Committee will not bear any responsibility for any loss caused by troubles besides errors on the Web System itself.

4 The Committee will not bear any responsibility for any loss caused by the delay of less than 15 minutes of the Web System clock.

Article 9 (Revisions)

1 If necessary, the Committee may amend these Terms of Use.

2 If the Committee amends these Terms of Use, the amendment hereof shall be notified to users by publishing on the official website, the Web System, or the like.

Supplementary Provision

These Terms of Use shall come into effect on December 18th, 2022 and lapse when Web System Terms of Use of the 97th May Festival Standing Committee or substitute comes into effect.
