The Committee may contact you to confirm the registered contents of registrations/requests/orders. Please make sure that you can be contacted anytime.
When the Committee contacts you, the Committee may set a response deadline. Please make sure to respond by the deadline.
4th Information Session
As stated in “Almighty vol. 3 in English”, the 4th Information Session has been canceled.
Please refer to “Almighty vol. 4 in English” for the following necessary procedures.
We will notify you via Inquiry when the handout gets released.
The Day of the 98th May Festival
The day of the 98th May Festival is May 24th (Sat.) and 25th (Sun.).
For the preparation of the festival, there will be no classes on the afternoon of the 23rd (Fri.), which is the day before the festival.
Please make preparations following what was explained at the 3rd Information Session and the contents of "Almighty vol. Fes in English".
Confirmation of Request Results / Objections
Period : April 28th (Mon.) - April 30th (Wed.) 9:00 PM
All projectsmust confirm that their information is registered correctly. Please register whether you have an objection, and if you do, inform of the objection details via Inquiry.
You must send all objections during this period. Overdue objections will not be accepted.
Once you have informed of your objection via Inquiry, you will not be able to change or add to them. Please inform of all objections at once.
The payment period to the Committee starts on April 29th (Tue.). If you pay the required fee to the Committee without informing of any objections, we will consider that you do not have any objections to any of the request results.
The Committee will bear absolutely no responsibility for any issues caused by making payments without confirming the request results.
Payment to the Committee
Period : April 29th (Tue.) - May 7th (Wed.)
If you cannot make payments during the period, please contact us via Inquiry.
Payment to the Committee must be made by bank transfer. Cash payments are not accepted.
Check the business days and hours of financial institutions before making the payment.
You are not permitted to carry out your project until the payment is completed.
Make sure that you do not have any objections to the "Confirmation of Request Results" before making the payment.
If you pay the required fee to the Committee without informing of any objections, we will consider that you do not have any objections to any of the request results.
If you inform of an objection, the amount of payment may change. Please do not make the payment until the Committee contacts you back.
The Committee will bear absolutely no responsibility for any issues caused by making the payment before the final payment amount is determined.
Registration of Student Information
To confirm your student information of the 2025 academic year, we ask you to present the student ID cards of both the Main and Sub Mangers.
Managers of freshman projects do not need to complete this registration.
